Nanny 911

This is the first time I have ever watched this show.

I think I have a solution for some of these parents. Adoption, then sterilization.

Yeah, I've only been raising kids for going on 12 years. Try again.

I saw one Southpark episode where a substitute teacher was given tear gas to use in case the children breaks loose.

Stacey_JoinRightNow 07-19-2005 01:44 AM

If you can't have your own child, I guess it's better to adopt...
They are so many kids out there that seeks and needs attention, care and love.

reed_4 07-19-2005 05:53 AM

i am not familiar with that show. :(

Pete-KT 07-19-2005 05:55 AM

Never heard of it is it a new show?

myjah 07-19-2005 05:55 AM

I used to watch that all the time, but not so much lately. As a parent, I try to take certain things from the show that might benefit my family. One thing I did see on an episode is that children respond better if you get down to their level. I have applied this with my 14 month old and it makes a world of difference.

The show is more a study of shitty parents than it is bad children.
After watching this show I am surprised that family services don't watch these people a little closer.

Platinum Red 07-19-2005 08:15 AM

i never really liked this one I am more into suppernany. I find that some of the nany's on this show are a bit too pushy and abrupt i know for me i would have kicked them out of my place long ago

richrich1 07-19-2005 08:17 AM

Is this american?

Kassidy 07-19-2005 08:59 AM

What blows me away watching these shows is that the majority of these terrible parents are older, the type who had the careeer first and the children in their late 30's. How on earth do they get to that age and not learn a thing or two about parenting?! Those kids walk all over them.

I had my first child when I was 20 and people actually come up to us in restaurants to compliment us on how well-behaved our kids are.

Who ever said bad parents, not bad kids is totally right! It's rarely the kid's fault he's a rotten little shit. Kids are a product of their environment.

LittleSassy 07-19-2005 09:05 AM
