LOL the members preview video sounds like a 976 chat line tv commercial..."what are you waiting 4?"

But good idea..interested in seeing if that improves conversions.

Nice layouts, back in the day everyone on paid listings (2000, 2001) sent their BlacksOnBlondes galleries right to the join page and it rocked.

Lately whenever I try it though, on any program/site, it doesn't perform as well as a one-page tour. Let us know how you do. The Member's Area Preview video might help, that's a good idea.

hopefully none - these suck much ass

tiny, crappy screen caps and large blind thumbs linking to the join page. I wouldn't use these with a gun to my head on TGP/MGP site, they scream site killer to me

the big pic links to the join page - it's misleading. others might post that - i wouldn't, nor would most of the larger tgps

blind thumb isnt really allowed anywhere, and to be honest i think they suck all around.

i would hire a gallery consultant for your program

Ahh I see what your saying its part of the design do you think they would click on a full image to see it larger?

you know what's the funy part is I know what the numbers are before i ask a question sometimes I'm just curious to see what people have to say. I never give advice before I try something out. :2 cents:

But I can see why Sleazy doesn't like how the images point to the join page. I will have some made that don't do that for the less agressive TGP masters.


If you don't try something new how do you increase your bottom Line?

some people like movies to link directly to wmv's or mpgs though. i'm usually ok if it's clean enough

Don't listen to all TGP people. Most of them want 459043343434 HQ images/movies with ours of playtime, and 1 small text link.

What matters is what makes you most money...They seem marketing technical very well build. Good luck, and fuck the haters. Keep these, and make some others for ppl like sleazydream and others.

Roger, sending them traffic from a number of sources could very well be profitable. Perhaps some guys would use them as a FPA to help filter gallery/free site traffic, or even as an exit console to try to snag up extra joins.

But you state these are hosted movie galleries, and for that purpose, I believe they are subpar. Linking to these off of our TGP/MGP sites would wind up hurting the sites traffic in the long run.

trying to make most of you happy some webmasters are more aggresive than others.

The CONTENT should sell your site, not force feeding people. Yes short term I can make a shitload of cash, but no repeat visitors thats for sure.

Because the thumbs leading to the movies are pure shit. If you want these to be used by the big thumb preview TGP/MGP owners then you must cater to their need of creating GREAT thumb previews from your gallery thumbs. Think about it, they may convert great, but if they won't get any traffic then they won't make shit.

I think I was the first havn't seen anyone else doing it I'm always trying to be unique with new marketing tatics.
