Where the fuck was America?

The true reason why Taiwan should remain under China rule showed it's face again.

http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/weather_c...IyBHNlYwMxNjk2

Where was america to support it's puppet state when shit hit the fan?
The Chinese know that when shit hits the fan over there they will be the ones to catch the fall out and pay the bills.

Other than that; China needs to secure Taiwan before dumb ass Bush starts stockpiling weapons there which will provoke a new "Pearl Harbor".
It is therefore in every americans personal interest that China make a move before "we" fuck ourselves over there.

The US should give up on the "Chiang Kai-shek" bullshit. The american educated puppet was never really in charge of anything in China and the US looked like fools in the past by calling Taiwan the capitol and government of China.

I'm really confused... that article is about a hurricane.. what on EARTH does that have to do with the US government??

I mean, surely you're not saying Bush is akin to God now and can affect the weather???? :error :helpme

And what does it have to do with the Taiwan/Chinese 'issue'?

You should "google up" some Chinese history before you post something as stupid as you did.

Bottom line (and it's real simple):

The Taiwanese people decide what's best for them, not you, and not me.

And right now, they choose overwhelmingly to stay independent. And that's that.

So all the right-wing-conspiracy nonsense aside, the issue is very black and white. They want independence, who are you to say they're wrong.

See? Told you it was simple. :)

I think Taiwan will have to wait some 10 or 20 years before China grant them their independence.
