Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Portugal

You have to be a local resident of one of the above countries and speak its language as a mother tongue.

The main targets of your job are:

Because if you operate a porn site within Germany, you're risking going to jail because they require all porn sites to be behind some sort of government controlled AVS. You might wanna research your markets better, before deciding to enter them.

The site is not going to be German, and we are not going to host it in Germany, use a german proccessor or anything like that, so I'm not sure if it is relevant to our case :pimp

Well, if you're not sure, then you should probably do your homework better. 'Cause you sure as hell ain't gonna have an argument to recruit German webmasters when telling them that you don't think they'll go to jail, but you're not sure.

I'm sure that once we will find the affiliate rep that we are looking for we will also take care of all the regulations involved in promoting our sites if those countries.
We have an amazing legal support, and haven't found a thing yet, that you can't deal with regarding regulations :pimp
