What to do if a retarded 18 yo kid tries to give you a hard time - for no damn reason?
He's even attacking my house with eggs. I don't know this little bastard, he seems to have too much time.... No clue for what reason he's doing this crap.
That attack last night was strange - i called the police!
Sounds funny, but hey, what will he do next? Molest my girl, kill my dog, waiting for me with a bat...??

Police are the first choice. You just have to find one that will actually investigate it. Most cops, around here anyway, won't do shit unless it's a constant threat, even then it's tough to get them to do anything..

Follow him home one day, and kick his ass.

I think the best way is to consult him to a doctor.
Maybe he's sick and needs to have attention.

Follow him to his home and contact his parents.
That will keep him grounded for the next month(s) ;)
