How long have you waited? Last time I emailed Nastydollars, it took 1 week for a reply, and that was for something important. For an issue like custom tours, you should expect to wait at least 2 - 3 weeks, before you get a reply.

well... it's been like 2 weeks since the first email ...
i guess i have to wait 1 more week then lolol
