Question about webair.com hosting

if i sign up for an virtual webair account, is it accessable without a own domain name? I only need a subdomain like xxx.webair.com, or a IP.. or something to access my server. Is this possible with webair?

My websites are accessible through my domain names and through their ip too.

right. becasue the 24/7 live help tab webair has is really slow. they are one of the few hosts that you can get help pretty much instantly.
