Fucking Russian Submitter Customer Service
 

So I signup yesterday and the CC gets charged.. but no login info ... Contacted them by email, contacted them on their forum, contacted them by ICQ.. nothing....

What the fuck....

and now it doesn't fucking work properly with XP also and their excuse is:

Yes, it IS an XP problem. Many internet-enabled applications works much worse on XP. What can be done?
1) Use some WindowsXP customizer to optimize QoS service settings, default settings that can't be modified via WindowsXP native interface lowers speed of your internet connection by 25%
2) Install all updates, patches and service packs from Microsoft as soon as I release them, I belive they will fix this problem

OH OK i'll just change my OS to adapt to their software.. ARGH..

Sounds like they helped you but you didnt like how they did it?

Not their fault you choose to use a worthless upgrade for a os is it?

Run win2k and you'll have no issues.

RS is great for Customer service. I have e-mailed them for things and ICQ'd them for things. They always get back with me.

Keep in mind they are in Russia. Time difference? I think so

I run RS on both of my XP machine's with no problems at all

I just got it and I love it, and I also use XP. It works fine on my machine. Before I even bought it I emailed them about changing a link to my tgp on it and they had it changed within 48 hours.

Me thinks you need to make some adjustments to your pc......... what is it Amp says?

the only bad thing I have to say about RS is that their counter thingy doesnt work - I've tried it twice and both times it was a broken link.

the last time it fooled me and worked right after I generated the pages so I submitted it - but soon after it broke , so tgp's rejected it.

not a big problem but....

probably more of a megatracker problem than a RS problem tho

That's impossible, when you sign up you need to choose a username and password!
