Virtual Hosting

Cpanel Must have
1,000 MB of space or close to it
50GB of transfer or close to it
1 dedicated IP Must have
99.9% uptime or Close to it

I need 3 of these's and not all together I will pay 3 times every month or All domains need to be on static individual IP's and individual Class C subnets and I will pay once a month.

You said all domains but you didn't say how many domains you need. People like to get a plan for $15/month with unlimited domains and then they take advantage of it by requesting 100 domains for 5GB bandwidth. How many domains do you need? The way around this is usually by getting a dedicated server.

2nd virtual plan ( 15.00 ). Ips's are 1.00 extra each.
