sp2 popup, is the 'new' popup code that works for Microsoft ServicePack2. I hear there are a couple different versions. One takes over any other browser that may be open, and the latest is supposed to work like a normal popup.

Encoded javascript is just normal javascript written in a way so it is not as easy to copy.
