we used them for a short time, and they were horrible

that isn't quite true, they do allow certain things...we were able to sell our glass dildos on there

email netbilling and ask them, if you can guarantee enough business, i am sure they will write something specifically for you

Nope, and they are quite eager to terminate people who try.

2Checkout is a horrible company. Their service people are rude and dont know what they are doing. And they dont seem to have set guidelines about what they allow and what they do not.

Netbilling is the best by far. We have been with them for years.

Basically im just looking for something thats not gona be quick to set up with minimum set up cost or none at all... Using it for a Tempalte site, And before you guys say anything i know that they are crap templates, but ok to customize

and do also have the worst support in the world yes

They're good to have as a backup, but they float your money.
