Doctor takes a short glimpse at it:
- Gotta cut it off.
- Cut it off?!?!

But then he thinks, oh well, it must be bad, besides, I have one left.

Couple of months pass and he goes back to the doctor:
- Doc, my right nut is turning blue!
Doctor takes a short glimpse at it:
- Gotta cut it off.
- WTF, cut it off?!? I won't have any left!!

But then he thinks, well, must be bad, I have kids already, maybe it's not the end of the world...

A month later he calls the doctor:
- Doc, my dick's turning blue!
Doctor makes a short pause, takes a deep breath:
- Hmmmm, maybe it's because of your jeans?
