Interesting Milk Shake Recipes?
 

I was just making myself a Banana - chocolate milk shake and got to think that some people must have some pretty good recipes for shakes. What is your favorite shake(s)?

Mint Chocolat chip icecream and milk

Myoplex Lite.

God damnit I knew I forgot something. Vanilla Bean ice cream sitting in my freezer all lonely.

Is that a bodybuilding drink?

Couple of scoops of nice vanilla bean ice cream.
Raw egg
Some Hershey's chocolate syrup.
Dash of vanilla extract
Milk.
Some strawberries / blackberries / some sort of berry.

sounds yummy.
