Rehnquist released a statement through his family that he has no intentions of announcing his retirement and plans to continue his duties as long as his health permits. Here's to years of permitting health, Mr. R :thumbsup

Pray for Mr Rehnquist's health. He's not as bad as it could be otherwise.
