Fox News' question of the morning (their ultimate wet dream)

The anchor actually put it this way:

Should Chief Justice Rehnquist go ahead and retire so the president can make 2 nominations which would be easier to push through? :disgust

Rehnquist released a statement through his family that he has no intentions of announcing his retirement and plans to continue his duties as long as his health permits. Here's to years of permitting health, Mr. R :thumbsup

Pray for Mr Rehnquist's health. He's not as bad as it could be otherwise.

Renquist already made a statement this morning that he is not going to retire

The same anchorwoman on Fox News actually asked a guest if it was fair for Rhenquist to prolong the anguish over these nominations :warning :disgust
