Is he the best athlete of all-time?

Or is he just another athlete that used roids?

Well he had cancer in his nuts, his lungs, and brain tumors.....has been submited to more drug tests than most athletes I am sure due to how many tours he has won. Don't think he used roids(illegally...maybe for the cancer?), he is definetly in shape and has the training to back it up.

i hope he wins, and comes back next year, and wins again, even if he said he wouldn't come back.
