what program auto populates ccbill affiliate ID in tgp?
 

take a look at this hosted gallery where it automatically auto populates the ccbill affiliate id by simply changing the ?ccbill=XXXXX

what program create this? I checked the html code and didn't see any script or anything.

Yes like that but would also like to create links where I can send to my affiliates as well in an email newsletter.
