I would guess that he doesnt care about being banned. He would rather get the truth out.

I joined a Naughty America site a few months back as a trial user, nearly everything I had access to was 404, or otherwise broken (Linked to wrong episodes, etc). It wouldn't surprise me if ALL of these things were mistakes, they seem that inept at the technical end. (This isn't a shot at NA, they're good people, their tech side of things is simply LACKING HUGE).

This was the week they'd launched my sister's hot friend, I upgraded to a full user, and my password stopped working 2 days later. Then it started working again as a trial, and an update happened, and it too was broken links.. Thankfully they issued a refund very easily. It may have just been a bad week for them, but still, it didn't show well for their technical prowess..?

I know Karups, and I know NA. I stand on the side of Karups. They always threated me very well. Even when I was a lil parttime webmaster. On the other side, NA never replied to emails(socalcash at that time) Also the memberareas kinda sucked, the rebills were not half as good as karups

All I can say at this point is babysit each and every outside link inside your Member Areas like they were a guest in your home. Hell, I even have a well seasoned Member or two on "password payroll" to check stuff and hand in weekly reports, hehe.

Doesn't matter what it is or who it's from. I could buy plugins from my Mom and I would still check them out regularly, more for errors and such, but you get my point. :winkwink:

There is no doubt Naughty America fully intended to steal members. And Karups has a ton of them to steal.

Then, like the lying little bitches they've shown themselves to be, they claim it was all a "mistake". Sorry, those pages show differently. It was fully intended.

I probably am going to get in shit for posting this, oh well.

I believe the reason the thread was locked lies in who makes money from Andreas. The thread was an absolute PR disaster for Andreas. Regardless of who is wrong or right he came off on the losing end of that thread. It was to the benefit of him and those that do business with him (mainly those that rely on his continued success and him pushing alot of bandwidth) for that thread to be closed. If you look at who he has close business ties with it was important for them to either step in or help out and lock the thread. That simple.

That being said I hope if I ever get into that situation I get the same treatment :winkwink:

I didn't want to comment because I respect both parties, but this hasn't been established at all. It's very easy for mistakes like this to happen, especially when using CMS's etc with a bunch of employees. If you don't have the experience of a decent sized team and running feeds and paysites based on a CMS or common files you should butt out.
Not that it means mistakes happen all the time.. but you certainly can see how easy it would be in a far clearer way than someone with absolutely no experience.

Not defending NA however, just saying thats pretty absolute from someone not involved at all, Lou on the other hand has a right to be angry as the agrieved party...
