I'm looking to find a better hosting company than one of the ones I'm using for my Windows 2k machine I pay for there. Here's what I need:

Win2k,
A processor better than a Celeron 1.7ghz,
1gig of ram minimum
*Fast ass connection
Remote Desktop Connection enabled

All for no more than $120 a month! Can you do that? We'll see!
