I have no problem with the use of chemical agents, however what they did was a little bizarre...holding their heads and wiping it directy into their eyes, or spraying it just centimeters from their eyes.

i agree its wrong to traspass on private property but they are doing what americans are loud to do, they wernt hurting anyone, further more, i am suprised they lost the case for the cops sparying mase in there face, that is very illegal, there were other ways to get them out of that.

They were on private property. Protesting is legal on public property but the rules change when it is on private property.
The cops also warned them several times over and over. Before mild application with q-tips, and then when they still decided to stay locked together then they sprayed.
They deserved to loose, and the police did what they should of.

if they sprayed it they would have to evac the whole building until the pepper fumes went away, its not safe to spray that shit indoors, Cops did it in a safe manor of spraying it in a cup so it doesnt fume out and just rubbing it on them, Hell id rather have that shit rubbed on me than sprayed at me.

wow I have used peper spray cs/oc many times on people, yet I have never, nor have I ever seen it applied directly with a q-tip.. kinda cool though..
