NATS Program/Sites owners, is there any way to add multiple tours...

...without using a .php redirect to the index page?

Thanks,
Bill

Add the extra tour as a site

Shouldn't have to, that's a waste of a good spot. Plus what happens later when I want to add a completely different site to the install? I would have to upgrade to the next level, and it's not worth it.

There should be a way to do this that's much easier IMHO.

I do every time, and that's why I am here, support could not answer this question in great detail, so I am asking other owners directly. :thumbsup

NATS is way too expensive to not be offering AAA quality customer service. Very surprised they haven't helped you newbreed, and makes me think about using them myself...

NATS currently supports two ways:

1) Use tours in sites admin and put a php script to redirect on your main tour, the point here is server load

2) Use seperate sites as tours.

He knows of both of those ways already, he is looking for other NATS owners that might have had an idea we did not think of yet and do not know about.

Mako, we would love to help him more, but NATS currently does not support more than the 2 above ways.

Makes sense, thanks for the clarification Nathan.

Nathan, as usual, if I was told that in those terms I would have understood. That's not how Support came off in my ticket, hence my post here. I also offered some advice in the ticket, which rather than considering, you chose to ignore (not you personally, your support person assigned to the ticket). Now, with that said, you should come up with a better solution to the lack of options re: multiple tour. An owner who pays a rate for more than one site should not have to use up one of those sites to simply add a 2nd tour to an existing site. Nor should I have to put more choppy code in my tour pages.

you could've just hit them up and asked...

Oh, and hitting them up is frowned upon, everything goes through the ticket system. That being said, do you know of another way to add another tour without giving up another site or doing a php redirect?

Please msg me the ticket number or post it here so I can take a look myself.

Also, I understand that you would like another system for the tours, and I would like it too, but we have more important things to add to NATS right now, but a new tour system is one of the many many many things on our feature requests list.
