What should I take with me? Lots of $ is all I can think of

a hat, sunscreen and ear plugs :)

yup.. hat.. sunscreen.. earplugs.. camera.. water if they'll let ya take some with ya
oh and seat cushion if sitting in grandstands/bleachers

Bring a hot girl with you as well. That should be your number one concern.
