Just order from BHphotovideo.com They are legit and will let you return the camera if you have problems or just do not like it. They also have decent prices.

If you're looking for an el cheapo DSLR and don't have an investment in Nikon glass already go with the new Canon. You'll be much happier.

I have too much Nikon glass to consider the change, but for an entry level DSLR, you won't be sorry. I find the D70 a bit clunky, but much better jpg output than my D100 which I shoot on RAW to get what I think I see.

this is for my wife, and we don't want anything entry level, we want something nice and pro that we can use now as a hobby and then later down the road to make some cash
