really depends on how filtered and select your content is:

ie: for a search "anal porn" its a way above average ratio
for a search "anal anime porn" its an average ratio
for a search "gay anal anime porn" its an above average ratio


also how you filter them into the sponser plays a role as well

ie: your traffic goes to a FHG vs. you have a "get a trial membership for $4.95 to this website" text link

Interesting thanks for the reply. I am new to the search engine game. I got lucky and got 9 #1 spots on yahoo and 23 top 10 spots as well. Dont know how the hell i did it but i will take it lol

In regard to the tweaking, best way is to test out a few ways to get them to click your affiliate code:

text links, gallery, picture, article, review, etc....

Then pay careful attention to page views vs. sponser hits vs. signups

compare and contrast your methods and find greatest profibility

depends on the keywords, depends on whether you're sending straight to sponsor or if there's a heavy pre-sell.

I've accidently gotten a killer ratio and then suddenly it drops to like 1:1007 over a period of time because no one else bought. So, just curious.

I would assume not many sales over the course of a month, because to get a ratio like that you really need a niche traffic pool "Tranny Anal Porn" and these type of converting traffics also come at lower volumes

I started reading up on SEO last month and on July 1 I started using it. Now 13 days later, I have quite a few #1 spot for about 10 good keywords, not the most searched, but still. I also got a shitload of top 10 SERP´s for lots of other keywords. I´ll keep doing what I do now (about 30 minutes work daily) and see how it turns out in a month or 2.
The resultat of my labour so far is about 120-140 uniques a day from google and yahoo, but it keeps rising steadily every day and for the short amount of time I´ve been doing this, I think it OK, before I had 1-2 Se hits a day on that domain.

I´m looking forward to a google dance or 2, think it will be well worth the time spends, even though the hits aren´t coming in 1000´s at a time yet.

1:49 what? Uniques? Raw? Signuppage-uniques? Uvovuns?
The only ratio you should ever work with is signups over hits to your landingpage/domain, not what you send to sponsors.
Never use sponsorprovided ratios. They are built to fool newbies unless it's a raw count.
