Epass maintenance in the middle of a biz day?

Doesnt surprise me, I tried to get my password emailed to me yesterday by resetting it... I STILL have not gotten an email.

Its always the middle of the day somewhere......... and EPass is international

They take their system down a lot it seems, but they're a small company and trying to cope with growth, nobody's perfect. I'm sure you can wait 15 minutes (Or however long it actually takes) to see your balance...

Lol its WAY longer than 15 minutes. I cant use my card thats why I could give a shit about my balance lol.

Oh, they took card access down too? Okay, that's just shitty. Imagine trying to pay for gas, or dinner, or, well, anything.. "Sorry, down for maintainence, call back later".. Egg on your face? I thought they just took their site down when they do that.

LOL that "15 minutes" message seems standard no matter how many hours they will be down.

I wanted to check my balance, but i dont NEED to so i don't mind.
