Concerned About T00 Many Carbs In Your Diet?
For those of you who watch what you eat, here's the final word on
nutrition and health. It's a relief to know the truth after all those conflicting medical studies. 1. The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than North Americans. 2. The Mexicans eat a lot of fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than North Americans. 3. The Chinese drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than North Americans. 4. The Italians drink excessive amounts of red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than North Americans. 5. The Germans drink a lot of beers and eat lots of bratwurst sausages and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans. CONCLUSION: You can eat and drink what you like, but speaking English is apparently what kills you!! |

Funny, with all the fad diets going around, the one thing you barely hear being pushed is how living an active lifestyle is the key or most important.
Get off your fat ass and make it the size you want. I still eat exactly what I want, when I want (I am Italian, and you can see the carbs/pasta dripping from my ears), while ensuring I get at the very least two-hours of heartbeat-raising activity EVERYDAY, not three times a week. Drop the remote and go for a walk. Walk to the store for your junk food; never mind delivery or driving 10-blocks. |

this is the correct answer. |
i think americans have a bad gene pool that makes us more prone to get fat..and yes, no exersize..
|
The low carb diet is most appealing to lazy people since it doesn't involve exercise.
You need to get into the gym and lift weights. When you've got muscle you are burning more calories just laying on the couch to keep it alive than the dumbass who thinks walking around the block a few times each day is going to do something. |
On the topic of diets its pretty simple. Burn more calories a day then you consume. Its not to fucking hard.
|
that's pretty funny!

that's a crock of shit if you ask me..americans are just lazy and consume too much junk. walking around the streets these days and looking at hte size of kids these days is a complete reflection of their parents. I see kids who are 13 and they are the size of a mammoth. Children's eating habits these days are disgusting and they are inactive. Most kids would rather sit at the pc than go outside and play. What happened to catching grasshoppers and playing tag? :warning |
