Audi A3 1.8 Turbo 180 HP Tiptronic
 

Im planning on changing my car.. i currently have a 2004 Peugeot 307 Xs 2.0.. tiptronic.. and im looking for something better.. any of you ever drove the Audi A3 1.8 Turbo 180 HP Tiptronic ?

That Car is Ugly....an Audi would be much nicer to look at.

the 307 looks good.. but its not a german car by any means.

1.8T is quite old engine (first used in Audi TT and then almost everywhere - VW,Seat,Skoda) and as far as i know they don't sell new A3s with that one anymore. I'd go with 2.0 TFSI 200hp engine.

The A3 is new in the US and has a 2.0T. Saw one at a car show at the mall lat weekend. Nice for a small wagon.

Can someone explain TipTronic to me?

I have only driven Autos in the past... Could I use this?

The car is still auto. Tiptronic just gives you the ability to change gears if you want

nop.. they dont have that one here.. its either 180hp or 3.2 V6 with 250Hp.. witch puts that little car at the same price level than a Benz.. so no way

You don't have to think too much - 2.0T 200hp is the ONLY option if you're in US and want to buy new one...there's a bunch of engines to choose from if you want to buy Audi in Europe but not 1.8T either. And don't worry 200hp is not too extreme as that car isn't that small.

2.0 SFI is not soo good -- old 1.8T is better than this new atm engine... but with 2.0 Turbo SFI and around 200HP without engine tuning you can enjoy some pretty crazy fun :)

a3 is a good car cuz it's german.i had two peugeot's and i wasn't very satisfied about them... :pimp so go and buy and Audi

200HP is not too bad, but the A3 does have some weight on it
Definitely a good looking car though

You can't do anything wrong with an Audi. I prefer the new A4 but if you want an A3 try to get the sportsback
