Picked up this little Toy this weekend (PIC)
 

Went to the Hobby shop this weekend looking for a rocket for my son ... he got a cool rocket that goes about 600 feet ...good fun. But i had to pick up a gas powered remote car. It is our first one so i got a pre-built kit. Ready to Run .... this thing kicks ass .. we took it to a dirt track that the kids around here run there dirt bikes on and this thing was making 6 foot high jumps ... Tons of fun for a few hundred bucks ....

My wife said it would sit on the shelf after a few weeks but I'm pretty good with these types of things ... I'll use it ... i have a good piece of property and i can always use it in my yard ... i also have a few big fields right around me .. my son is 8 and i think he'll use it more then me ...


It i think the guy said about 35 mph ... the first one i picked did 55 mph and the guy said it maybe to fast for a first one ... you hit anything at 55mph and your breaking some parts ... :1orglaugh

What .... i always wanted one as a kid ... so It's something i can do with my son and have fun .... I was getting tired of racing cars on Play Station ... at least i can get him out side for a Bit ... :1orglaugh

hey .... when you have kids ... you have to stay young ... this thing is no joke ... it's gas powered and pretty fast ... not to mention the $400+ it cost with upgrades .... it's more fun then i thought ...

some may think it more mature to ignore your kid and let him sit in his room and play PS2 .... go figure .. :helpme
