The company that the security guard worked for got sued for $4 million dollars and lost of course because of the video. Due to the video being posted all over the net the guy was talked into taking the security guard to court. I will try to find the link and post it.

then there would be three or four skater kids in jail for agg assault and battery. On top of that the cops would have chaged them with destruction of provate property. The boards screw up the stairs and walk ways with some of the tricks they do.
