What is the best traffic analysis program out there for a Unix/Free BSD based server?

i would love a program like webtrends

I pefer more generic numbers. like

advertising page views
click throughs to program
click throughs to signup page
completed signup forms
sales made

oh yeah click on session on the right hand side table at the bottom to see how it breaks down visitor page viewing tendencies.
