I have seen a few post on the boards pertaining to ContentProducer / Roberts?s current job position.
For the record:
Robert resigned from Gecko Productions / LicensedContent.com in June of 2005.
Robert made some great sales for us and we have no complaints.
He has started his own content production company and I wish him the best of success. He is an enthusiastic marketing person and really enjoys shooting; I believe he will do a great job for anyone that retains his services.
We have asked him to pull our content from his content sales site(s):
HandJobContent.com (including ALL Synister Content)
SoftCoreSets.com (Believe this was / is ALL his content. Some of it was shot in my facility, but he paid the talent and used his release)
I know he is replacing this content with his own materials and should have his site back on line soon. Robert has / had no authority to sign content licensing agreements on behalf of Gecko Productions LLC thus requiring all documents to go through me and making the ability for him to resell our content difficult under current 2257 requirements.
We are working with our Attorneys on the current 2257 regulations pertaining to models Identifications and plan to have the sites back online as soon as there is an official response from the DOJ pertaining to the issues of performer?s privacy and a clear definition of secondary producer. With us closing down LicensedContent.com Robert needed to find an alternate source of revenue.
