How do i sign up as a ccbill affiliate? I signed up before but forgot all my details. The login page is https://affiliateadmin.ccbill.com/ but there is no register link

you go to a ccbill sponsor and signup there...

Just go to the site that you want to be an aff for and sign up there. you dont need to do it at ccbill.

They've trying to connect to the old refer server domain - email the admin of the site to get it fixed.
