whoever is hosting you, should be nullrouting the ip, the source of the DDOS attack. if they had a clue.

read up on ddos attacks.
They dont come from 1 ip#... they come from thousands of diffrent ip#s/second.

Trey ... when we were getting thoses kind of attacks (major ones on 2 of my mainstream sites, probably like yours), our host told us they could fix everything ...

Everything they did lasted for less then a day .

We sent an email to like 100 different hosting compagnies and some of them wanted as much as $50 000 to get us safe.

Till we found http://www.theplanet.com/ who offered us a great service and had the hardware they needed to block the attacks ;)

post or pm me your icq, ill refer you to someone who can handle your ddos problems. it isnt cheap, but theres noone better. no need to move hosts per se. not getting any commission out of this either, just have a big heart thats all ;)
