Epassporte?

Call you back in 30 minutes wtf? I just waited for over 10 minutes to hear I have to call you back. Cause your system is down? It has been well over 3 business days to get my cash in my bank account. I am going to switch back to checks. What is the point when it takes as long as the mail? Please let me know :winkwink:

I just use the visa card and take it out of the ATM, that way there is no waiting

DutchTeenCash 07-11-2005 06:06 AM

cashing is a pain if you havent got the card true

xxxice 07-11-2005 06:08 AM

tungsten 07-11-2005 07:57 AM

yea its been like 5 days for my transfer and its still not in my account

xxxice 07-12-2005 08:54 AM

It has now been 7 biz days called again and they say that there might have been a delay. Why is it so hard for these people to tell me were my $ is. I have never had more problems like this with anything :(

xxxice 07-12-2005 09:00 AM

Update they told me to call my bank. The bank said there is no info of them trying to send me anything as of yet. Off to calle Epassporte again. I bet I spend most of the day on this now and they will send me in a million circles yet again :1orglaugh Now they want me to make a ticket. I am sure this will slow things down more :thumbsup

Same here. 5 or 6 days actually. Anyone know what's going on?

Honez 07-12-2005 09:09 AM

I had the same problem. I called and called and got a million excuses. I asked for a supervisor then I asked to speak directly to the division that investigates things like this. I finally got them on the phone in a conference call with my bank and after way too much wasted time on my part found out that they had a 'glitch' which caused a delay in transferring funds to my bank. Now, why they couldn't tell me that to begin with and had to run me in circles, I will never know. But to those of you with missing money, hang tight. Mine finally showed up today 7 days later.

Update I got to admit at least person I am talking to is good, but I am still pissed. Now I am making a ticket I will let everyone know what happens :winkwink:

Stories like this are exactly what I am talking about. Why say on the Epassporte page that it will take 2 to 3 days ?

When you call in, ask for German Saye. He is the supervisor that finally got me the right answers. Don't rely on having a ticket. I had one too and it didn't do a bit of good. Call back and talk to German Saye.
Good luck to you!

Generally, it does only take 2-3 days. It always has for me. There was something about the holiday and the banks being closed on on July 4th and then this 'glitch' with their software, that has everything delayed.

Same for me. But this is not the first time I have been on a fact finding mission with them. I feel like I should be paid an hourly rate for all the stuff they have put me through.

Kimmykim 07-12-2005 09:18 AM

Any deposits made the week of July 4th seem to be taking extra time to credit -- part of this would be due to the bank holiday, the other part was an issue with the bank.

If you made an ACH transfer more than 5 days ago and you don't have credit for it yet, drop me an email and I'll be glad to have a look into it and make sure you are part of this issue and not something different.

I have two transactions that my bank has no info about. One on july 4th and the other on july 6th

If it was just a glitch, wouldn't everyone who has been having this problem also get their money today?

sickkittens 07-13-2005 08:04 AM

Bump - anyone else not see their money in their bank account yet?
