This is what my thoughts were...

You said you were buying traffic for your client to send to his escort sites. Now what are you doing on the exits? If you are buying this traffic and for whatever reason the surfer leaves the site... Would you not rather have another chance at making a sale and recouping the initial ROI? Perhaps you already have sites set up for this?
But if you do not? consider my proposal?!
