He was selling crap to people and claiming it worked. Not sure of the charge. Fraud? but more likely some form of mail fraud. He had sold the use of his name at one point. And I think he started anotherone when he got under his real name or a new name.

Sales are slow today. It started out great and dried up.

His latest informercial came out last year pushing his product The Greatest Vitamin In the World. I shit you not! I did some research after I saw the informercial and found out he was a total fraud. I read the vitamin is no greater than the average vitamin sold in grocery stores.
