Is it just me or are the people on gfy becoming more bitter each day?
 

It seems like in the past few years, the gfy crowd has become a lot less funny and a lot more hostile towards eachother. Are 2257, Acacia, iBill, etc finally starting to wreck the nerves of webmasters?

I noticed a rise in the kinda pompous prick attitude people.

"my business is real successful, so i'll strut around the boards showing off my e-penis and insulting others"

years of listening to a bunch of highly opinionated egomaniacs spout on tends to have that effect on highly opinionated egomaniacs

Holy christ, you just described 9 out of 10 major money makers on this board.

I have spent 4 years on this board and there are times when it has been a lot of fun but yeah I have become turned off by a few things.

There's a crowd here that has built this degenerate community where things like tub girl and goatse are funny to them.

I'm sorry if when I point this out it offends some of those in the adult industry. I'm sorry that people defecating on themselves is not my cup of tea. I'm sorry I have not sunk to their level of depravity.

I have also grown tired of some of the egos around here. There are some succesful people here, but then there are others who pretend to be succesful if people around here only knew what a joke they were they would quit riding their cocks and move on with their lives, or quit waiting on the edge of their seats for another "morsel of wisdom" out of them.

Some people think I'm succesful, and it's just not true. I'm not making a ton of money, I'm just an individual who has worked hard over the last 4 years in this biz and made a living. Nothing more nothing less.

i am getting slowly bored by GFY, it's not the same for me as f.e 1 year ago, and i dont like the hate neither

haha I thought you guys were being way too nice to each other. A little more hostility and bitterness would help dilute the ass-patting and smoke-blowing that is three quarters of the posts.

i find that i grow more hostile every year regardless of what is going on in this industry.

everyone seems to want to be a big shot on the boards, so I think a lot of them think the best way is to act like asses. I like to goof on from time to time and post useless junk sometimes.. but more or less I wish they would thin the heard quite a bit on this foum.

I know it will never happen, but would be nice if we could get rid of all the damn useless surfers.
