Which photoshop tools fix skin imperfections?

Anyone know what pluggins or tools in photoshop I have to use to fix skin impefections from photos? What do they use in those playboy style photos? Any links to tutorials?

If you are looking for the Playboy soft skin look

Its not so much a tool as a set of tools.

First you have to select all the skin areas with the magic wand or lasso tools then copy that to a new layer. Then while the new layer is selected go to Blur Gassian in the filter menu and add the amount of blur you think is just a little too much. Then in the blend box add that layer to the one below in a subtle % say 33% as a start then see what it looks like,

This is just a basic set of steps and there are many variations and additions to these. You can also feather the selected skin layer by one or two pixels to make the edge in the skin areas sharper and blend better with the layer below.

If you want to read more on the subject Kevin Ames published a book called
"Adobe Photoshop CS The Art of Photographing Women" ISBN 0-7645-4318-0 $34-99 which is all about using Photoshop on images of women. I found it very interesting .

The band aid tool is best, doesnt take much more than that most of the time.
