This site is absolutely useless from a PR point of view. Why? The nofollow tag is on every single link in that list. rel="nofollow" will make search engines turn a blind eye to those links. Prevents abuse of these types of scripts like that mesothelioma cancer guy is obviously doing.

Why do they do this? They are getting free exposure to FF, they should at least give a clean link back.

That mesothelioma cancer guy is a perfect example why. People abusing the script to get placement in hopes of a high PR ranking. Firefox makes no promise other than getting you and your site in this list. Nothing more.
