Want to succeed in this biz?
Here's a quick tutorial...

a) buy domain name $8.88

b) get hosting, webair, bluegravity, splitinfinity are just few that come to mind
$100 or something hosting plan per month is a good start

c) install good free CMS, like Mambo www.mamboserver.com (pay someone to install it for you, once installed is very easy to manage) - This is essential, it offers great versatility, it's free, it has tons of free components like forums, blogs, gallery makers etc etc.

d) Buy partner accounts, $300-$600 for this is enough per month, http://www.nichespots.com/ and GTS http://www.gallerytrafficservice.com/ are pros in this area I think

e) Buy content, 30 sets x $30 = $900

f) Buy gallery submitters like http://www.chameleonsubmitter.com/ and http://www.dreamsubmitter.com/ - round $30 per month or something

g) Buy TGP gallery templates, 30 x $25 = $750

h) Dedicate 1 week in filling all 30 templates with content, so you will have around 30 galleries now

i) The rest of the month, submit those galleries. Submit to your paid partner accounts, but use the Database that comes with Chamelleon Or Dreamsubmitter to submit to the rest of the TGPs out there

Every 4 days submit a gallery to www.thehun.com - your content of 30 galleries will last you for 3 months. If you are smart and use proxies, several domains on different Cblocks and different email addresses you can submit up to 5-6 galleries to www.thehun.com daily but this requires like 10-15 hours per day until you get well accostumed to the practise.

k) Make variations on the keypoints and variables in this article.

l) Use sponsors with Free trials, $1 trials and $1.85 trials

m) IMPORTANT: PROMOTE CONTENT AND NICHE THAT MAKES YOU HOT! A SUCCESSFUL GALLERY IS THE ONE THAT GIVES YOU HARD ON BUT DOESN'T LET YOU CUM! YOU SHOULD GET A HARDON FROM YOUR OWN CONTENT BUT ASK FOR MORE...Usually, this is done by placing 50% of the content on each gallery portraying the girl undressing and spreading, and the rest with a partner, mainly oral, with only 2-3 pics of actual penetration.

n) Make galleries with 2 x 300kb movies and the rest 12 or so pics, 800x600

If you're a REAL noob, with no experience in online adult marketing whatsoever, DON'T DO ANYTHING OF WHAT HE SAID! Without the experience, you'll be broke before you know it.

What you SHOULD do, though, is hit the various resource sites and read up on gallery tutorials. Make galleries, post them on boards for constructive criticism and don't be afraid to get an occasional bashing. The thicker your skin grows, the better your chances will be of making GOOD money in this industry.

Try it, you don't have to buy 30 sets or all the partner accounts. Get a few. Scale down the plan to lets say $500 and you'll see I'm right.

maybe if you posted that originally i wouldnt of called bs. you dont have to invest 2000+ in your first months to make it. i started with "free hosting" and a $15 domain. after 2 weeks i was making $100/day. this thread is about ref spam not helping noobs.

I'm saving you like years of research, the botton line is summed into the keypoints I posted.

You can go around, making galleries with free content, wasting hours submitting to free tgps...blah blah.. In the end, you either quit or end up making $200-$300 per month if you're lucky.

To make money in this biz you don't have to be smart. Quite a few big program owners, are real fucking dipshits and assholes IRL that've hit the rock bottom... now, praying on sheep (webmasters) they're rolling in money and can afford boats, few porshes and what not.

The bottom line is that, fuck tutorials pages long and resource sites and banner exhange networks and other bullshit scams.

Put any damn tag you want on your advice, IT IS NOT FOR NEWBIES. Very few newbies (in fact none, I'd dare say) will have enough brains to create galleries that sell, pick out the right sponsor, the right niche AND get listed at all those places, despite partner accounts.

Plus, you're out a nice chunk of money from the get go, it'll take you several weeks before your galleries get reviewed and listed all over the place, plus another few to get the checks from the sponsors... And if the noob is not in the US, you can easily expect 1-4 weeks to have the bank cash the checks and the money deposited. Not to mention that it'd probably take an extra week to see the check in the first place. So, you're out $2600 from the start and the best-case scenario of seeing some money coming in is two-three months down the road. Let's hope no one quits their day jobs over your advice and invests all their savings into this venture...

So the deciding factor here is which sponsor to use, which content to pick and which designer to get for the gallery templates, the rest is grunt work and patience.

And like I've said, it doesn't have to be $2.5k from the start, my plan can be easily scaled down to as little as $400-$500 (5 tgp templates x $25, 5 sets x $30, 2 partner accounts x $50, Dreamsubmitter $30 and hosting at Revsharehosting.com)

Learn the In's and outs Personally I would learn the designers... most designers now a days make pretty flashy designs which impress the webmaster and his fellow friends. Some will say flashy pretty converts great, IMO the simple basic gallery does far better.. *shrugs* that is just my :2 cents: on designers.

Again just my :2 cents: on this but now a days its hard to make a buck submitting to tgp's without partner accounts etc... it's easy to get 4k to galleries using a auto submit but the real job is getting 100k to your galleries, only way to do that is get partner accounts, buy paid listings etc... but if ya just starting out you will want to research your niche you are going to be using research the partner tgp's before you start shelling out any money. *shrugs*

I do agree if you use a niche that you are into you will do better, but there are tons of niches out there, don't get stuck just in one.. Grab a few. What I like doing is visiting the sponsors site look at their promo if my little buddy down stairs starts to twitch then I know its a good niche to use, this is just me though lol have fun at what ya do take it day by day and just learn...

I don't submit galleries either, but someone doing more than one is in no way "fucking the hardworking webmasters". You aren't guaranteed a listing and if your shit was better than the other guys 5 you'd still get listed. I'm glad you think I'm dumb though, makes me smile when a pea brain from GFY assumes I'm stupid.

I would not tell newbs to buy content, when there are so much free content in affiliate areas to start with, and you don't need to pay money for hosting and templates.
If you want to make money, you also have to keep the costs down, and that can easily be done.

- Buy domain name(s)
- Get a reliable freehost where you can use your domain, like kinghost
- Surfers care about the content, not the design, so colorful tables works good enough.
- Make 10-15 galleries each day or two (if you have, lets say 3 domains, make 5 galleries on each domain).
- Spend some extra time on picking the best content.
- Use sponsors that has trials AND fulltime signups.
- Find TGPs that accept you and stick to them.
- Post your galleries at forums, some bigger ones. With 10-15 galleries it does not look as spam. Its also very good for SE traffic and forums convert better than TGPs in many cases.
- Make a free mainpage of your domain, and show your galleries there too + FHGs with movies. Link paysites (at least 50% of your sales will come from your mainsite). Get some trades, and backlink to your mainpage on your galleries among the other reciprocals. You can also use your own host for a mainpage and buy one domain for your galleries and one for you mainpage.

This will keep your costs down at minimal, and only thing you need is money for the domain + some time. And be patient. When you're getting there, you can start thinking of investing in your own hosting and scripts, and make more sites.
And for god sake, don't cheat people. It will only hurt you sooner or later - people communicate.
