My friend got struck by lightning this weekend
 

We went camping for July 4th and all of a sudden it started raining. All the kids were inside the RV so we just thought we'd sit outside under the awning and get away from all the crumb snatchers.

Anyway the lightning kicked up and he had his foot in a puddle of water and his leg against the metal chair. It struck the puddle of water and went up his leg! He said it felt numb for a bit but he's okay. He's lucky!

Probably didnt get struck directly, the lightening hit like 100 feet away and some of it carried up through the chair.

Yeah if he was struck directly he'd probably be dead! :Oh crap

lol owned, hes lucky he had a metal bar to throw the current away from him or he would of been hurt.
