Try to get something on south beach. You will have a great time. and for 4k you can probably stay in one of the really nice hotels.

damn that sounds fun man. Party at the place, hit up some bars/clubs with buddies.

Like the one guy said, stay in a hotel, it's cheaper and they will let you do whatever, and the nice ones are right on the beach. I wouldnt plan on getting into any clubs with fake id (guys) the girls wont have any problems.
