sorry i was busy working didn't see your answers , well a couple of months i contacted the support as a member ( not as a reseller) and they were like they just didn't care , it was regarding a payment solution wanted to pay directly from bank to bank as my card gets refused because of my IP not corresponding to my billing adress.the answer had nothing to do with the question as if it was cpy'n'pasted from a premade customer support 101 textbook .they didn't even bother to reply to my second inquiry when i pointed out that they were quite far from answering my question.

it was like :
Q: can i pay you from bank to bank ?
A: i like some milk in my tea when i go to the bank , thanks for contacting support, goodbye .

unreal !!.


anyway i will try to dig out the emails and will contact you shortly.
