Block direct access to a file
 

whats the best way to block direct access to a file using .htaccess or another method.

i.e. http://www.mysite.com/video/video.swf i want the referral to be from from a specific location http://www.mysite.com/video/main.php and user can't directly load the .swf if they're not coming from that location.
