This whole area has been buzzing with the extra security laid on, parking restrictions, road closures and all the choppers ferrying the G8 guys back and forward for the past couple of days now. It's been interesting.

If I had been that arsed I could have have tried to get passed all the security at the airport and got it on the ground. But...I couldn't be arsed.

i haven't noticed anything really and i'm 10 min away from the lincoln tunnel, on tv they showed all beefed up security at the airports and subways its crazy i guess their worried about something

Once I went to the Phoenix airport to pick up one of the Lightspeed models. Much to my surprise I was the last car let in - the airport closed. Turns out Air Force One had landed, and Bush and his buddies were getting out. I saw the plane for the frist time and I thought that was kind of cool.
