Got a stupid letter from them at Deutsh.. Do I speak Deutsh? NO! So all german people, what is this for a shitty organisation.. They say they work under the goverment.

Hard to tell, I don't know if they really check for stuff like that at the airport, but you aren't serving anything specificly to german people and trying to enforce country laws worldwide is simply insane and just makes clear that they didn't understand the nature of the internet.

Even sending letters in german and not in english is simply insane when somebody obviously doesn't have anything to do with germany.

A lawyer could get you out of this case anytime if you should get arrested in germany, I have no doubts about that, do they even know your name or just some PO box / business adress?

Sending this to some german TV channels and german press could maybe help to stop that crap

They will most likely start criminal investigations if he does not respond/takes the site down ... He is breaking the german law.

Just throw it away. As long as you don't host your site here in Germany, it is not a problem for you. It's the german version of shock and awe

The common letter I know is just about "indizierung" which means the site gets on a list of youth endangering media and states nothing about criminal investigations.

The only difference is that it comes from the BPjM and not from the "Bundesministerium fur Familie, Senioren, Frauen und Jugend".
