My friend bought some concert tickets on Ebay a couple weeks ago. The agreed price was £340 for two weekend passes to an event called T In The Park here in Scotland.

Well she paid up and only received one ticket. She's like "damn I got ripped off...Oh well"

I'm very pissed off about this, I've never used Ebay before, I often browse around it but never buy or sell shit on it. I'm too busy to do that.

So what should she do?

you should be able to file a complaint. Did she pay via paypal or another type of payment like that?

Yeah, you're able to talk to Ebay and file a complaint.

you can file a complaint with ebay. alot of times they will freeze the persons paypal until the issue is resolved.

File a complaint and get your money back..Then you just got a concert ticket for free :-D

They do follow up their complaints..report the scammer

Yeah if she paid with ebay, they will help her...If she paid with credit card, just charge back...!

I've luckily never had a problem with ebay, bought a lot of expensive shit.

She should talk to the seller first... if that fails, file a complaint.

You can report the person to ebay.

I bought a car off ebay and was very happy with it. Sometimes you get lucky on ebay, sometimes you don't.
