We have a person that has been trying to sign up to our paysite now every day for the last two weeks. Everytime he is denied by CCBill due to "Insufficient Funds". Why the hell does he keep trying?

Are you sure it's not a hacked CC with an automated program behind it trying to sign it up constantly? I wouldn't know what the hacker would gain from it but still. -

have your server admin look at the logs, if he is using a credit card he is probably usiung a proxy. in that case i would actually proably contact the actual card holder to find out if they are making the charges. and call the isp the ip belongs too. mostly likely he is using an anonymous proxy.Originally posted by Anna_O
