CCBill Question

Sorry for such a basic question but can someone explain what all this means please:

The following was found my clicking the tab 'cheque amounts'.

Subnet amounts:
Reconcile reason/ reconcile total:
Net rollover:
Net Payout/ Transfer cost/ Payout amount:

Why is my subnet amount low, my reconcile reason high, my net rollover the some as my subnet amount and my payout amount stupidly low..?
Also what is the transfer cost for.

Thanks for any help. :helpme

I'm not sure if this is right, but it looks like subnet amount is the amount I am to recieve (is this guaranteed or does it depend on reconcile?).
The reconcile amount is money CCbill have stolen from me. In my case over $800.
The transfer cost is for mailing the cheque WTF..

Ok, maybe they didn't steal it, but when will I see my 800 bucks?
This is what CCbill say: Reconcile Amount - The amount you did not receive from previous billing periods. The amount is held by CCBill.
