CCBill - logging into affiliateadmin.ccbill.com just brings me back to the same page

wtf am i doing wrong?
i put in my affiliateid (numerical), username and pass (i even 'retrieved lost password') but when i click login, i just get sent to the same page

Clear your cookies & history and try again.

same here i emailed them maybe 10 times now and nothing done to resolve it. been this way for weeks.

It usually does that to me when I enter the wrong user or password.

that's what i thought originally like maybe it temporarily had suspended my login because i got it wrong or something, but it's been a few weeks now and i've done several emails with support and nothing so far.

the best they'll tell me is, we're working on it

This is not my ICQ, I just changed my sig to clarify that.

Your host cwie.net that is also the host of G3X is slow³ for me since a week or so.

I'm in europe, I posted the traceroute, there is nothing to go through, just contact your host and let them know about that because there must be a peering problem somewhere.
