That's awesome man! Care to give details of how you're doing it? I'm at 185, and just can't get rid of the small little beer belly.

I love food, and hate cardio. I'm screwed!

lushlife 07-06-2005 05:52 PM

Good job but 20 lbs when your 400 can be lost in 4 or 5 days. Your screwed when you get in the 200s.

cjaccardi 07-06-2005 09:16 PM

dude you weigh 400lbs??? wow good for you on changing your lifestyle it will probably save ur life way to go ...you from the atl area?

DateDoc 07-06-2005 09:23 PM

You may have broken the 400# mark now! Awesome job man. Keep it up. I got as high as 302# and then over a year dropped to just under 180# (my friends called me bones then). Now I'm between 210# - 225# and have maintained that for 3 years now. With the increased exercise and a good diet you'll see that weight literally drop of. :thumbsup

the Shemp 07-06-2005 10:15 PM

nice work, Tony :thumbsup

Yes I am and Thank you everyone :)

alec 07-06-2005 11:16 PM

Quite realistic than the 78 or something pound per week claim I encountered on other thread lately... :)

GTS Mark 07-06-2005 11:23 PM

Keep up the good work Tony, if you really want to start shedding the weight even quicker think about taking some weight loss supplements to help the process. I was on a great ephedra based weight loss supplement and I lost 27 pounds over the course of 2-3 months. I weighed in 3 months before my wedding at 252 and then just before my wedding I weighed in at 227. I have put on a few pounds because of my wedding and honeymoon but I am now back on the wagon and ready to shed the last 15-20 pounds.

A perfect weight for me would be in around 205-210, if I get lower than that I will start looking pretty lean.

I would also suggest you really put an emphasis on doing 30 minutes a day of eliptical. I found this to be one of the best ways to shed weight quick, if you just put on your ipod or watch some TV the time just flys by.

Keep up the good work and keep posting your results :)

it takes a lot of discipline. diet diet diet.

BitterPen 07-07-2005 12:01 AM

That is really awesome. It all starts with the mindset... Then the rest seems to fall into place... I lost 75 lbs a few years ago... Then after having 2 kids put on some weight. I need to get back into the diet/exercise routine myself.

I think what you're doing is awesome. Best of luck.
:thumbsup

Thomas1007 07-07-2005 12:03 AM

Keep up the good work
:thumbsup

StickyGreen 07-07-2005 12:09 AM

lol almost every reply someone said "awesome" wtf

fuzzypeach 07-07-2005 12:12 AM

Loose skin will become a major problem if you're losing weight too fast... keep it slow and steady to reduce said problem.

DWB 07-07-2005 12:51 AM

Stay on it man. Way to go!!!

Drink lots of water and try to go to the gym for cardio first thing when you wake up BEFORE you eat anything.

munki 07-07-2005 12:53 AM

Fucking beautiful man... I went from 215 to 150 last summer. Back to 180, trying to get back to 160ish and I'll be happy.

nick1980 07-07-2005 02:20 AM

hope that inpires a lot of people.

sonofsam 07-07-2005 02:26 AM

good job, its really hard to break habbit and change the way you eat and live.... so kudos to you for turning it around
